CIQ collects data across an entire enterprise and deploys ML applications within a company's secure policy space to make intelligent decisions based on predefined parameters. It has a transparent user interface that allows executives to fully understand and control the system's functionality.

For CIQ to be most effective, a company can analyze all communication, including email and voice, and incentivize employees who participate in open intelligence sharing. CIQ can also be used to gather competitive intelligence from sources that a company has authorized for market research.

CIQ solutions are customized for each company and are not shared with other customers. CIQ can also be integrated with software tools from SAPsB Partners to complement a company's ERP.
